  I contacted Bug Out because we recently caught two mice in our home. Mike, the owner, returned my phone call immediately and was extremely flexible in coming at a time that was best for me. We decided on 5:30 and there was a knock on my door 5:30 sharp!! Mike inspected my house top to bottom and the entire outside at no charge!! He stated he did not see a problem and that he did not feel comfortable charging me because he would be doing exactly what my husband had been doing. I really wanted to pay him for his time and coming out but he insisted no big deal and would not take a penny. It is so nice and refreshing to see there are good, honest and hard working people still out there!!! I HIGHLY recommend Mike if you need an exterminator!!! GREAT guy!!!! VERY HONEST AND EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE !!!!
